Welcome to CISS GH Corporation. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, digital platforms, tools, and services operated by CISS GH Corporation (“CISS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). It applies to all CISS divisions including but not limited to:

  • CISS Academy

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Who We Are

CISS GH Corporation is a Ghana-based company operating globally to provide IT solutions to individuals, professionals, and businesses across Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States, and beyond.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Client Content

Payments and Transactions

All payments made to CISS GH Corporation must comply with our billing and invoicing terms. You agree to provide accurate payment information and settle fees on time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please contact us at [email protected] with a formal takedown notice. We will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable law (including the U.S. DMCA where relevant).

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.

  • If you do not follow these guidelines, and we see any suspicious activity or unauthorized entry to some areas of our site, we will take immediate action and block you from accessing the website. We will suspend your account and delete any content you have on our platform.
  • If we find any of our contents, assets or intellectual property on your social media account without written permission from us, we will submit an inquiry to the platform team and issue a threat of misusing our media. They may suspend your social media account or ban you permanently.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, security, or error-free operation. However, we strive to provide top-tier services and security.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, unless otherwise required by applicable international regulations. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ghana.

Changes to These Terms

CISS is scaling to operate internationally and adapt our compliance to major regions including the United States., United Kingdom, Europe, and Africa. This document outlines how CISS GH Corporation (“CISS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) manages copyright matters in relation to international clients (especially those based in the UK, EU, or US) operations and services across various jurisdictions.

Use of Third-Party Assets

As a technology company serving global clients, we often work with a broad range of digital assets. Some of these assets may originate from external third-party sources. This policy clarifies our approach to content use, copyright responsibility, and DMCA/infringement issues.

CISS may utilize digital assets from external sources in the course of delivering client projects. Including websites, apps, content strategies, and digital branding. These assets include but not limited to the following:

  • Images, videos, and fonts
  • Texts, code snippets, plugins
  • AI-generated content
  • Open-source or licensed templates
  • Public API integrations
  • Documents or media covered under fair use, royalty-free, or open licenses

CISS takes reasonable steps to ensure such assets are used lawfully under applicable licenses, open content rules, or fair use practices. However, due to the dynamic nature of internet content, there may be cases where an asset’s license or original source is disputed or unknown.

Client Liability Disclaimer

CISS clients are not responsible for any copyright concerns arising from assets integrated or used by CISS on their behalf. If any government agency, company, entity, or individual has a claim regarding the usage of a content found on a client website, application, or system built and maintained by CISS - they should alert us. They are required to contact us directly at [email protected] to request usage clarification, obtain licensing information, or issue takedown notices. CISS Office will handle such matters internally and professionally to protect the interests of our clients.

DMCA and Copyright Infringement Complaints

We respect all copyright laws across jurisdictions, including but not limited to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the United States, EU Copyright Directives across Europe, and African Regional IP regulations.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a CISS-developed platform without permission, you may send a takedown request to:

Please include the following in your notice:

  • Your full name and legal authority to file the complaint

Content Removal and Replacement Policy

Once a legitimate and verifiable copyright or DMCA complaint has been reviewed and confirmed by our legal team in CISS Office:

  • CISS reserves the full right to remove, replace, or alter any disputed content across client websites or systems without prior notice.
  • We will notify the client of the update as a legal obligation, not as a fault or failure on their part.
  • No public or private action should direct to the client regarding such content.

Clients should be aware that content removals due to legal claims may affect visuals, features, or layout of their website temporarily. We’ll work promptly to replace such content with alternatives where possible.

We may suspend any user, entity, or vendor found repeatedly submitting infringing assets for client use from future collaboration.

CISS reserves the right to modify this document as necessary, with prior notice to active clients. We may update this document at any time and notify you when this happens.

  • Your continued use of our services following the posting of our revised document means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Membership and Restrictions

We have restricted some areas on CISS GH Corporation to allowed members only. For example, if you are not a CISS developer, we will not allow you to see our source codes and other areas of our developer’s platform. This is to prevent unauthorized access.

If you want access, you can buy our membership plans to verify your identity or contact an administrator if you are an official CISS Member. Please, follow these guidelines and do not try bypassing these security walls. We will lock you out when our systems detect any unusual activity.

Account Deactivation and Deletion

When you are inactive or you do not login to the site within 3 months, we may deactivate your account. To restore it, you may have to contact the administrator within the next 30 days. If you fail to do so, we may permanently delete your account. This term is based on our inactive user policy.

Community Platform Terms

We designed CISS Community for collaboration and communication. You can share ideas and get technical support through chatting, joining groups and forums, and more. To use CISS community platform without ban, please follow the community guidelines .

Explicit and Abuse Contents

  • Sharing explicit or abusive content not allowed.
  • Use of abusive language not allowed.

If we see these kinds of activities or any suspicious activity, we will immediately block or suspend your account and delete all your contents on our platform.

Our Studio Designs Terms

We originally design nice graphics, logos, social posts, and more. These designs are for advertising, motivation and other general purposes. We do not permit the following:

  • Not Allowed to upload any of our design works including our videos, graphics designs, social posts, documents, etc. on any other website or your social media account, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and all the others except WhatsApp and Telegram.

    You can post any of our studio designs on your WhatsApp status, use as WhatsApp/Telegram Profile Picture or share to someone via WhatsApp/Telegram. Aside WhatsApp and Telegram, you can only post on other social platforms when you have been given permission from us. You must add a link to our website and give credits to us when permitted to do so.
  • Not Allowed to sell or re-sell any of our studio media or online courses offered by CISS Academy.
  • Not Allowed to use any of our Logos – Our official logo, Space Logo, Nature Logo, Community Logo, Store Logo, Studio Logo, Engineering Logo, Academy Logo, Artificial Intelligence Logo and any other logos of us for any commercial purposes.
  • Not Allowed to reproduce any content of CISS Ghana Limited, including videos, pictures, educational media, documents etc. 

Breach of Terms of Use | Legal Actions

Breaching our terms of service will cause the following:

  • If you do not follow these guidelines, and we see any suspicious activity or unauthorized entry to some areas of our site, we will take immediate action and block you from accessing the website. We will suspend your account and delete any content you have on our platform.
  • We will block your computer or device from accessing the website. Contacting your Internet service provider to request back the access to the website will bring legal actions against you.
  • If we find any of our contents on your social media account, we will submit an inquiry to the platform team and issue a threat of misusing our media. They may suspend your social media account or ban you permanently.
