Homepage Updated to Include New alerts

When there is a new core upgrade and you visit cissgh.com, you will see a popup alert announcing the new core version. You can see what’s new directly from there or cancel the popup if you already know about it.

We also added new tags to pages and systems found at the homepage which was updated or recently added. Click or tap on the new tag at the right corner to see what’s new there. You will see an effect popup indicating that it is new.

Opening Technical Support Service

Our Technical support service is now open. Fixes that can only be done by an IT support specialist, can now be done by local users.

We are providing easy step-by-step professional help articles for smartphone and pc users to help them fix common technical problems found in those devices, without consulting an IT expert.

Example includes,

  • guides on how to fix your phone’s network problems,
  • how to keep your computer updated and protected from viruses,
  • helpful technical tweaks to make pc and mobile usage interesting,
  • how to test for faulty or damaged hardware equipment in your pc
  • and more…

This service purely reflects the company’s vision – we are helping people reduce the complexity of overcoming technical challenges. Support guides are still under construction and will be released soon.

NOTE: Support guides are only available to registered members and some are available to special members. To qualify for special access, you have to buy that access. Visit our Technical Support page

IT Services Page Now Open!
